MEET

In the beginning....

As with many bands, Unruly Blues started in the basement (no room in the garage) as electric blues jam sessions between Saskia (vocal) and Lance (guitar) and various musician friends.  After several "house" jam sessions and at various "open mic" blues jams across the country, the Unruly Blues project took form.  

What's in a name?

"Unruly Blues" is derived from both an eclectic blues-inspired musical style and our fun-filled antics on (and off) stage. Our music is blues-inspired, as it evokes several blues styles... traditional Electric Blues,     R & B, blues-tinged Classic Rock, Jazz,  Country Blues.... and even some blues on the "outer fringe".
